Weingut Peter Jakob Kühn - Biodynamic perfection in the Rheingau

In the heart of the Rheingau, in Oestrich-Winkel, the Peter Jakob Kühn wineryhas been cultivating some of the best vineyards in the region for generations. Founded in 1786, the family winery has developed into a pioneer of biodynamic viticulture under the leadership of Peter Jakob Kühn and his wife Angela. With just 12 hectares of vineyards - including renowned single vineyard sites such as Doosberg, Lenchen and Klosterberg - the estate produces wines of exceptional precision and depth.

What makes Peter Jakob Kühn's wines so unique is their lively minerality and clear fruit. Whether Riesling or Pinot Noir - each wine reflects the terroir of the Rheingau in perfect purity. The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented spontaneously and matured for a long time on the fine lees, resulting in wines of great complexity and longevity, which often take years to fully develop their elegance.

The winery has become particularly famous for its dry Rieslings, which are internationally acclaimed for their taut acidity and mineral density. Vintages such as 2015, 2018 and 2020 show how biodynamic cultivation and artisanal perfection lead to distinctive wines.

The Peter Jakob Kühn winery stands for a new generation of top German wines - natural, authentic and of timeless beauty.
