Reichsrat von Kesselstatt Winery - tradition and top wines on the Moselle

The Reichsrat von Kesselstatt winery is one of the most renowned wine producers in Germany and can look back on a history of over 650 years. With its headquarters in Marienlay Castle in Morscheid on the Moselle, the estate combines traditional craftsmanship with modern winemaking.

The vineyards cover the top sites of the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer, including legendary single vineyards such as Scharzhofberg, Josephshöfer and Kaseler Nies'chen. The estate is particularly well known for its mineral, elegant Rieslings, which are offered in various levels of quality - from dry to noble sweet.

Under the direction of winemaker Frank Schoonmaker, the estate focuses on sustainable cultivation and careful vinification in order to emphasise the typical Mosel finesse with lively acidity and a long shelf life. In addition to Riesling, small quantities of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc are also vinified.

One highlight is the "Große Lage" classification, which recognises the estate's best wines. Year after year, Reichsrat von Kesselstatt's wines receive high Parker and Wine Plus points, which emphasises their international reputation.

The estate combines history and innovation and is a firm favourite with wine lovers who appreciate Moselle elegance in its purest form.
