Domaine Dujac - The perfection of the Burgundian terroir
In the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Dujachas been synonymous with some of the finest and most complex wines of Burgundy since 1967. Founder Jacques Seysses, a former banker, transformed the then small estate into one of the most renowned addresses in the region. Today, his son Jeremy and his wife Diana continue the legacy with the same passion for artisanal perfection.
With 15 hectares of vineyards - including prestigious Grand Cru sites such as Clos de la Roche, Charmes-Chambertin and Bonnes-Mares - Dujac produces both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of exceptional elegance. Since the 1980s, the domaine has focussed on organic cultivationand minimalist vinification: whole-cluster fermentation, natural yeasts and careful ageing in French oak characterise the unmistakable style.
Dujac's wines are characterised by their delicate structure, aromatic depth and sheer endless length. While the red wines impress with nuances of red fruits, spices and fine tannins, the white wines show a unique balance between freshness and complexity. Legendary vintages such as 1999, 2005 and 2015 prove the exceptional ageing potential of these wines.
Domaine Dujac epitomises the Burgundian ideal like no other: terroir-driven wines of purist beauty that last for generations.
