Dalmore whisky - Royal elegance from the Highlands

Dalmore is one of Scotland's most prestigious single malts and has been produced at the distillery of the same name in Alness, Highlands, since 1839. Famous for its opulent flavour and unmistakable design with the royal stag's antlers - the heraldic animal of the Mackenzie clan family - Dalmore stands for luxury and perfect craftsmanship.

Dalmore is characterised by its rich, almost dessert-like flavour, shaped by long maturation in exclusive sherry, bourbon and port casks. Flavours of dark chocolate, orange zest, nuts and spices give it a remarkable complexity. The Dalmore trilogy(King Alexander III, Cigar Malt, 18 years) in particular demonstrates the full range of this whisky, which is ideal both as a digestif and as an accompaniment to fine food.

The maturation technique is also unique: Dalmore uses double cask maturation, in which the whisky is first matured in American oak casks and then in sherry casks. This gives it its deep amber colour and velvety texture.

Historically, Dalmore was one of the first whiskies to be traded in limited edition bottles at exorbitant prices - such as the Dalmore 62, which fetched record sums at auction. To this day, the brand combines tradition with innovation and captivates collectors and connoisseurs alike.

With its majestic character, Dalmore remains a symbol of the art of Scotch whisky - full of elegance, history and unrivalled flavour.
