Amiot-Servelle Winery - Burgundian elegance in perfection

The traditional Amiot-Servelle winery in Chambolle-Musigny epitomises the pure essence of Burgundian winemaking. For generations, the winegrowers of this family have been producing wines full of character that perfectly express the terroir of their renowned vineyards.

The estate cultivates around 6 hectares of vines in some of the most sought-after Premier and Grand Cru sites in Burgundy. The parcels in Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru "Les Charmes" and in the legendary Les Amoureuses are particularly noteworthy. The old vines - some of which are over 50 years old - produce grapes of exceptional concentration and complexity.

Amiot-Servelle favours traditional vinification: the Pinot Noirs mature for 16-18 months in French oak barrels, whereby the proportion of new barriques is deliberately kept moderate. This gives the wines their characteristic balance between fruit, minerality and fine tannin structure. The Chardonnays impress with their crystalline clarity and lively acidity.

What makes these wines so special is their unmistakable elegance and longevity. An Amiot-Servelle Les Amoureuses only develops its full potential after years and is then one of Burgundy's greatest growths. The estate stands for purist viticulture that is true to the terroir - in keeping with the values that have characterised Burgundy for centuries.

Amiot-Servelle wines are a must for lovers of classic Burgundy. They embody the timeless finesse and complexity that characterise this famous region like few other estates.
