Warre's - The oldest English port wine producer in the Douro
Since 1670, the name Warre'shas been synonymous with outstanding port wine quality. As the oldest British port company in the Douro Valley, the company combines English tradition with Portuguese terroir expertise. Today, the brand belongs to the renowned Symington Family Estates, which has been producing premium port wines for five generations.
Warre's cultivates some of the best sites in the region, including the famous Quinta da Cavadinhain the upper Douro Valley. This steep slope with its old vines and slate soils produces particularly concentrated and mineralised grapes. The portfolio includes:
