Graham's - A port house with British heritage and Portuguese soul

Since its foundation in 1820 by brothers William and John Graham, Graham's has been synonymous with outstanding quality and a unique blend of British trading tradition and Portuguese terroir. As one of the few remaining family-run port houses in Gaia, Graham's still produces some of the most sought-after port wines in the world.

Legendary vineyards and hand-picked grapes

Graham's cultivates five first-class quintas in the Douro Valley, including the famous Quinta dos Malvedos with its ancient vines. The steep slate slopes of the upper Douro provide the basis for Graham's characteristically dense and fruity port wines. The house's vintage ports have become particularly famous, especially the legendary Graham's 1945, which is still considered one of the best port wines of all time.

Masterpieces of the art of port wine

The Graham's portfolio includes:

  • The premium Ruby Ports "Six Grapes" and "Late Bottled Vintage"

  • Exclusive Tawny Ports with 10, 20, 30 and 40 years of ageing

  • The coveted "Ne Oublie" - one of the most expensive ports in the world

  • Innovative "Graham's Blend No. 5" White Port

Tradition meets modernity

Despite its long history, Graham's relies on modern production methods. Graham's Lodge, which opened in 2013, combines contemporary vinification with traditional barrel ageing. Special attention is paid to sustainable viticulture and preserving the ecological balance in the Douro Valley.

With its perfect symbiosis of British understatement and Portuguese passion, Graham's remains one of the most important ambassadors of port wine culture - equally appreciated by collectors and connoisseurs worldwide.
