The centrepiece of production is the famous Mumm Cordon Rouge, a classic brut that impresses with its harmonious blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. For special occasions, there is the Mumm Grand Cordon, an opulent champagne with a long lees ageing period that develops notes of ripe fruit and buttered bread.
