Finest, lively bubbles - amazingly fresh for 25+ years of ageing.

Pale gold with greenish reflections - amazingly youthful.

Worth knowing: The 1996 cuvée contains an unusually high proportion of Pinot Noir (60%) - which explains its structure and ageing potential.
