Gazin was the star of the evening at our Prowein Best Bottle in 2002, insane colour, fully coated the palate and, compared to 45 Petrus, passed as a very big 61 Pomerol, absolutely exceptional - 100/100. Very tannin-heavy with a closed nose, a lot of power in 1993, a Petrus from the magnum, expanded very nicely in the glass over time. If you have a crate of this (unfortunately not me!), there is certainly no rush (source: wineterminator.com Dr Becker).
